Mechanics Helper – Helpers, under direct supervision, assist electricians to install, repair, replace and maintain electric systems, appliances, apparatus and equipment according to the provisions of the New York City Electrical Code and approved plans and specifications; and perform related work.

Qualified candidates will possess the following combination of skill/experience:

• Valid drivers license
• Experience with power tools
• Experience working as a helper
• Sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong customer service experience
• Must be able to understand cost control and have a strong business sense
• Strong ability to communicate work goals
• Experience with material and equipment procurement

Foreman – An electrical foreman works with contractors and other electricians to install and maintain wiring in homes, businesses and factories. The electrical foreman trains and supervises a crew of electricians and apprentices. He must be able to read and evaluate blueprints and technical drawings in order to communicate specific orders to his crew.

• Experience with estimating – STRONG PLUS
• Must be able to understand cost control and have a strong business sense
